Everyone involved in the logistics process is equally important. The warehouse employee who accepts the furniture item from the supplier; the account manager who maintains contact with the store; the planner who controls the delivery person and the delivery person or technician who visits the end customer. They are all crucial to achieving a perfect delivery.
